Hart has been in the education field for 35 years. He has accumulated rich knowledge and experience in Elementary, Junior and Senior High schools curriculum development, administration management, teachers training and team building training. Hart was President of Winnipeg Principals Association and is or was a member of :
the National Association Canadian Principals, and the
Manitoba Federation of Independent Schools and the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools,
Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.

With rich experience in working for education institutions, Sherry has deep understanding of how important education is from the perspective of teachers, students , schools and related administration staff . She loves to devote her efforts to help clients find the best way to develop.
